Cascadas Family Resort

Our double room was beautiful and cleaned regularly with bedsheets and fresh towels. But family apt my son was allotted was totally the opposite. Cleaned once in 10 days after many requests. But complex is very family friendly with 9 pools and activities daily. Breakfast can be chaotic and very busy but good selection. The euro doesn't have the same strength here anymore

Overall average experience, a few people of the staff are friendly. The 1-bedroom we had was spacious with a beautiful terrace. However, during our 6 night-stay no one came to clean our room property. They only changed the towels and took out the trash, but no change of sheets or bathroom cleaning. The Italian restaurant is quite nice, the food is tasty and the staff is friendly. In contrast to the barbecue restaurant, where this is not the case. The resort is overcrowded with no spots near the pool whatsoever. It is nearly impossible to find even one spot, although there are many pools.

We spent 5 days in this wonderful resort. The location is wonderful, we had the best conditions, cleanliness to match, breakfast was good, and also there are some specific restaurants inside the resort. Some negative aspects I found: -people "reserved" in the morning their sunbeds, putting towels on them, and they came back only after a few hours. One day it was very difficult for us to find 2 free sunbeds. Indeed, the resort has some signs saying that it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds, but it could take more measures. Another negative aspect I encountered was parking. We had a place at the underground parking lot, and we were given our own place, which arrived on the spot, it was occupied, later they gave us another place, but that was also occupied, so we parked on another place, which probably was someone else's. In the end it was good, very relaxing, I recommend it wholeheartedly, and we will come back.

Absolute joke!!!! I can’t make the holiday in august 2023 for reasons with the family , I’m not wanting my money back or any like that all I have asked is to change the date till June 2024. There reasons where they can’t because they don’t know how much the prices will be next year ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH I went on to have a look for next year and the prices where there to see , if you can’t make a family happy simply by changing the dates!!! Then god knows what you’re going to be like over Cascadas. Rang from England to Cascadas in Bulgaria and every single person is so rude they rush you off the phone and shout to you too. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!

Very big complex, staff are lovely, rooms are spacious! Only downside is the housekeepers only came on the first day of the holiday when we only checked in at 2pm tried to come in and clean at 6pm gave us fresh toilet rolls and never seen them again the whole week,housekeeping should be done more often! Also lots of ants in the room!

Beautiful resort grounds with a great choices of swimming pools which weren’t overcrowded. Rooms match the pictures and expectations. Only downside was inclusive breakfast which has a very limited choice if food. Very empty at breakfast though, we went at 9am expecting it to be full by then but we were only table with a single women joining later on.
